Returns and Refunds
You can request a return for any product within 14 working days from the delivery date.
If you are a registered user, log in to your profile and enter the My Orders area. Select the item you want to return and complete the form in all its parts.
If you are not registered and do not have a personal account, you can request a return by sending an email to help@wiseboutique.com indicating the order number, the item you want to return and the reason for the return.
Once you have sent the request (from your account or via email), you will receive an email containing the documentation to proceed with the return and the instructions to arrange collection directly with the courier.
There are 2 types of compensation available:
Size/color change
Refund: the refund will be made as soon as the quality control procedures are completed, in any case no later than 14 days.
In Italy and in the member countries of the European Union, the first return is free.
In the case of subsequent returns requested for the same order, a contribution for shipping costs will be required (10 euros). For returns from non-EU countries, the contribution is 35 euros to which import charges must be added, which remain the responsibility of the customer. The contribution will be deducted from the refund value.
For orders paid by credit card, the amount will be reversed by our systems and made available again on the customer's bank statement according to the times established by the bank that issued the card (generally the following month).
For orders paid by Paypal, the refund will be made directly to the Paypal account.
For orders paid by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account, upon receipt of the complete data of the account holder.
Please note that the replacement can only be made in the country of delivery.
Refund times can vary from 3 to 10 days. In particular:
Credit Card Refund: the transaction will be reversed by our systems, approximately, within 7 working days of receiving the return. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary and depends on the institution that issued the card. In this case, we invite you to contact your bank.
PayPal refund: the refund will be made within ¾ days of receiving the return.
Bank transfer refund: when requesting a return, we ask you to also provide the bank details on your bank's headed paper in order to make the refund, which will be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.
