For our shipments we rely on the express courier DHL.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during office hours.
You will receive a confirmation email containing the Tracking Number to follow the status of your order.

Wiseboutique.com ships with the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) formula, meaning any local sales taxes and/or customs duties are excluded. If you are a resident of a non-EU country, we recommend that you find out about local taxes and duties before placing an order on wiseboutique.com.
Please be aware that any local sales taxes and/or customs duties will be charged directly to the Customer by the courier on each order at the time of shipment and will not be refunded in the event that the items are returned.
